UPDATE: The Issue Is FIXED NOW! All Back To Normal!
Parts of the Computta network lost connection to the server infrastructure on Dec 11.
Your app might be showing the “Connecting” message, not being able to connect for a long time.
Total longest downtime registered for the user-end apps was about 5 hours.
We are aware of this and working to find and fix the issue.
This looks too be a programmatic error in the recently updated backend software.
Please hold on while we work to restore connectivity thru the network.

And rest assured your accounts and data are all safe and sound. At Computta the financial setup is that everything is distributed and separated, no actual wallets are connected to anything. And most of the user funds are stored in an offline cold storage at any given moment.
